│INTRODUCTION│
╘════════════╛
POKER FACE is an animated poker game that allows the player to
compete against the odds to win big money! The game will support an
unlimited number of players, and will run on most popular BBS packages.
Both the number of turns per day, and the players starting bankroll are
Sysop configurable. This door will function with high speed modems.
There are also two ASCII files that the sysop can create. THANKS.DAT*
will allow the sysop to thank his/her users for registering the door,
while PLEASE.DAT* can be a special message requesting help registering
the door.
*NOTE: THANKS.DAT, and PLEASE.DAT should be one line of text, no longer
than 78 characters long. The door will trim off anything over 78
characters.

│INSTALLATION │
╘═════════════╛
To install the door, create the directory you wish to run your
door in. Unarchive the files into that directory. Run the INSTALL
program. If your BBS package does not support one of the door files
listed during installation, you may have to use a door converter
program. Once you have run INSTALL program, follow your BBS
documentation to set the BBS up to run RUN_DOOR.BAT If you choose not
to use INSTALL, use an ASCII text editor to change the sample .CFG and
.BAT files to run your door.

╒═════════════════════╕
│NONSTANDARD COM PORTS│
╘═════════════════════╛
This door will support COM 1-4 on the standard IRQS. COM1 and
COM3 are IRQ4, COM2 and COM4 are IRQ3. To use a non-standardIRQ, edit
the RUN_DOOR.BAT file, and add the IRQ number after the configuration
filename. For example, to use COM1 and IRQ5, edit the batch file, and
change line:
POKER.EXE POKER.CFG
to
POKER.EXE POKER.CFG /5
The /5 tells the door to use IRQ5 instead of IRQ4 which is normally used
by COM1.
